No, we'll help you set up your business entity as part of our onboarding process. Our legal and administrative team will guide you through each step to ensure you're properly established and compliant from day one.
As a JMK Network partner, you'll have access to our proprietary tech platform, which includes a comprehensive CRM system, automation tools for sourcing and outreach, analytics dashboards, and administrative systems for contract management, invoicing, and compliance.
We're intentionally selective because we're building a community of excellence. Typically, we look for recruiters with at least 3+ years of successful experience, a track record of placements, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Our initial cohort will be limited to ensure we can provide personalized support and maintain our high standards.
